Serré elated with Ring of Fire Announcement

Nickel Belt M-P Marc Serré  is reaffirming his commitment to be one of the strongest advocates for the mining industry. The Canadian Mining Innovation Council and the Centre for Excellence in Mining are together turning to the federal government for 950-million in funding over five years to build a mining super-cluster. The proposed CLEER consortium would look to create jobs and grow the economy. Serré says the timing is perfect as it comes on the heels of Kathleen Wynne’s announcement to move forward with the Ring of Fire. Serré says all of Northern Ontario will benefit.
