Local product Thomas Farrell had a 5 point weekend as The West Nipissing Lynx enjoyed their first road win in a .500 weekend. The Lynx defeated South Muskoka 5-2 on Friday night in Gravenhurst. The Lynx then took it to overtime at home Saturday night but fell to New Tecumseh 7-6. The Lynx Andrei Zayats scored a hat-trick in the loss.
West Nipissing travels to Temiscaming to face the Titans on Friday then return home to welcome Wiarton to the Sturgeon Falls Arena this Saturday night. Game time is 7:30.
