Three researchers at Nipissing University have received a significant long-term investment from the federal government. Over 280-thousand dollars will go towards supporting new discoveries in science and engineering at the university. Dr. April James is receiving over 100-thousand dollars of the grant money for her ongoing project studying the cycling of water through watersheds. The money is being provided through the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada Discovery Grants Program.
