Several summer youth camps are being offered by Nipissing University this year.
Registration is now open.
Themed camps include Space Explorers, Animal Kingdom, Camp “STRONG”, Puppet Theatre, Story Camp, and more.
Lakers sports camps, led by Nipissing’s head coaches and varsity athletes, are also being offered once again this year.
Officials say there’s also a camp for four- and five-year-olds that focuses on preparing for school through play-based learning.
It’s called ‘Ready, Set, Go’ and will be offered in August.
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer such a diverse lineup of camps this summer for our community where youth can have fun, learn and grow,” said Mylae Robson, Manager, Extended Learning, Nipissing University. “From sports camps to the arts, there really is something for everyone. Our team can’t wait to welcome campers, new and returning, to our beautiful campus for a fun-filled, memorable summer at NU.”
