A 36-year-old North Bay man has died.
North Bay OPP responded to a call around 8:30pm Saturday night involving a collision on Nosbonsing Park Road in East Ferris.Police a single all-terrain vehicle hit a tree. There were two riders on the ATV. A 34-year-old man from Beamsville, Ontario suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The North Bay man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say neither man was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
The investigation continues.
