North Bay police have honoured a mother and her son for rescuing a seriously injured snowmobiler during the winter.  Cindy Jordan and Joseph were snowmobiling along a trail a chilly night in February when they saw a flash of light off the trail.  They investigated and found a man who had hit a tree with his snowmobile two hours earlier and in addition to several bodily injuries the man was in shock.  However, the Jordans helped the victim and police honoured their actions with a plaque.  Police believe the Jordans’ efforts may have saved the man’s life.
