Sudbury police have identified the human remains found behind a retail story in the city’s south end on Monday. He’s 44-year-old Owen Ahpay. Relatives of the dead man who live outside Ontario, saw a composite drawing of the man on social media and recognized him as a family member. They called Sudbury police who then were able to identify the body.
