A long-time North Bay coach has pleaded guilty in a fraud case but he won’t have to spend any time behind bars. Bruce Cazabon agreed to plead guilty to defrauding parents and players of a team he used to coach of one thousand dollars. And he’s also agreed to make a charitable donation. In return, both the Crown and Cazabon’s lawyer agreed to an absolute discharge for the coach. The Crown also dropped nine other fraud and theft-related charges.
