West Nipissing police have charged a man following a disturbance in Sturgeon Falls. Inspector Ray St. Pierre says police got a call about a man and woman arguing in an apartment. Police could hear the couple arguing when they arrived. St. Pierre says then there was silence followed by the man opening the door for police. The man, who was not supposed to be with the woman, is charged with forcible confinement and obstructing police. The incident took place on Sunday.
