Sudbury police spent Sunday going over an area where human remains were found in a small body of water. The body was found near a retail store Saturday evening in the city’s south end on Long Lake Road. In addition to investigating the site, police are asking nearby homeowners questions. It’s not known how long the body has been in the water. The coroner is now in charge of the case and an autopsy will be performed on Monday.
