Employees at the West Nipissing General Hospital have been busy this week painting the hospital green. The colour is the symbolic way to support being an organ and tissue donor this month. Hospital CEO Cynthia Desormier says there are different ways people can become organ donors. A quick way is to drop by the hospital on April 21st between 9:00am and 12:00pm and register to be a donor. Registration is at the hospital’s main entrance in the lobby. Desromier says one donor’s organs has the ability to save eight lives.
