With New Democrats bouncing Thomas Mulcair as their leader, the search is now on for a replacement. And one name being touted is familiar to Northern Ontarians. Charlie Angus of Timmins-James Bay was asked if will run for the top NDP job.
Angus says he hasn’t really thought about it but adds he’s not ruling out the possibility. The long-time New Democrat says for now he’ll keep representing his riding and take the future as it comes. Angus is 53 and has served Timmins-James Bay since 2004.
