The head of North Bay’s Municipal Heritage Committee has a suggestion for city council. Peter Hanley says maybe council can use the empty space in the lobby to display artifacts from the Algonquin Regiment and Dionne memorabilia. He says there’s a lot of space in the lobby, which includes an empty, large corridor and neither is really used for anything. Hanley made the suggestion while presenting his annual heritage committee report to council Monday night.
