As expected, Prime Minister Trudeau is helping Sudbury with its $80-million Maley Drive extension. Trudeau was in Sudbury on Thursday announcing nearly $27-milion as the federal government’s share of the work. One of the project’s strongest supporters has been Nickel Belt Liberal MP Marc Serre. Serre was at the announcement and says the extension will bode well for Sudbury’s economic growth. Trudeau is in Sault Ste. Marie today.
