Crime Stoppers puts up big reward in animal cruelty case

Near North Crime Stoppers is helping the North Bay and District Humane Society find who killed a male kitten.  The kitten’s body was found in a Coleman cooler bag in early February.  Near North Crime Stoppers believes the cat was alive when the culprit put it in the bag.

The person responsible left the bag at the Queen and James street access point to Lake Nipissing. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for information on this case of animal cruelty.  Call 1-800-222-TIPS.
