West Nipissing mayor Joanne Savage is pleased with business input on redeveloping Goulard Park. The business sector saw the re-development plan Tuesday night and made several suggestions. Savage says there were a lot of constructive ideas including a couple on increase space availability and accessibility.
Another recommendation was to have more multi-uses for the park building. The businesses also suggested the municipality talk to teenagers to get their input on the plan. Today the public can provide its input on the redevelopment plan during an open house meeting from 1:00pm to 8:00pm at the rec complex.
