North Bay police are looking for a man whose dog lunged at a young girl. The incident happened mid-afternoon Sunday in the area of Cassells and Fifth. Police say a dog on a leash got away from its owner’s control and snapped at a girl’s face causing her to fall down. The girl, who is under two-years-old, was taken to hospital for minor injuries. The man ran away with the dog before police arrived. Police describe the man as in his early 20’s and the dog is medium sized and black with a white chest.
