Exciting news for cyclists in the North Bay area.

The city is receiving over $300,000 in funding for bike paths. The money will go towards connecting the downtown core to Highway 17, and completing the western link of the Trans Canada Trail.

Callander is also receiving $70,000 through the Ontario Municipal Cycling Infrastructure program. The project is set to be complete in 2017 and 2018.
