The Government of Canada has officially launched its vision for the 150th Anniversary of Confederation.
As part of the initiative, Canadian Heritage has introduced a fund to support regional and local projects across the country. Nipissing-Timiskaming MP Anthony Rota is encouraging all area organizations to apply and participate in the national project.
Funding is available for Canadian not-for-profit organizations, businesses that have non-commercial projects, Canadian schools, and municipalities. Visit the federal government’s website for more details.
