Students from across the district will converge on North Bay later this week. They’ll be at Scollard Hall building bridges as part of an annual event. The North Bay chapter of the Professional Engineers of Ontario organize the event which is geared for students from Grades 5 to 12. The engineers will be looking for things like the load capacity the student-made bridges can handle and craftsmanship. The contest is this Thursday at the school.
