The OPP will pay up to $50,000 to solve a missing person case in North Bay. Tuesday was exactly five years ago that Luke Joly-Durocher was reported missing. The young man was last seen in North Bay on March 4th, and his parents reported him missing three days later.
Joly-Durocher was 20 at the time. The OPP is helping city police in an effort to get someone to come forward. Anyone with information that leads to the conviction of those responsible will get up to $50,000. Over the years police have talked to hundreds of people and followed up on numerous tips all to no avail.
