West Nipissing police kept busy

A camp on Goose Island has been broken into and robbed.  West Nipissing police Constable Denis Marleau says the list of stolen items is extensive and includes a nine millimeter handgun, two generators, a miter saw and a table saw.  Police have no suspects at this time.   Meanwhile in a separate incident, West Nipissing police have seized some drugs following a raid on a Sturgeon Falls home.

Constable Denis Marleau says after arresting a 34-year-old woman, police continued searching the house where they found a speed pills with a street value of $3,800 plus some money.   The woman is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
