OPP in Mattawa are investigating a couple of separate thefts. Copper wire in several diameters were stolen from a locked container from a site on Highway 17. Police have not said what the wire is worth. And the owner of a Harley – Davidson motorbike has lost his hog after someone stole it from his property. The owner had the 1991 bike under a tarp for the winter.
