North Bay police have made a big drug bust and in the process charged two men. A raid has seen the seizure of various drugs worth $102,000. Among the confiscated drugs are more than 12-thousand meth pills, 117 morphine tablets, coke and marihuana. In addition, a rifle and also a handgun, which was reported stolen in the Sturgeon Falls area, were seized.
A vehicle used to transport the drugs, and almost $2,100 in cash were also confiscated. A 30-year-old North Bay man is looking at five counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and several other drug and weapons charges. Also a 29-year-old Sturgeon Falls man is charged with possession of trafficking offenses.
