West Nipissing Council will hear details tonight on the process involved in acquiring crown lands for cottage development.
The municipal clerk has gotten a detailed guide for municipalities from the Ministry of Natural Resources. It says the process is lengthy, and could cost the municipality between $40,000 and $50,000.
The plan will be discussed during the committee of the whole meeting tonight.
