A River Valley man is facing a slew of charges.
Police were called about a woman being held against her will in River Valley. When they responded, they learned the woman had been a victim of both assault and sexual assault. West Nipissing police officers also found numerous drugs in the home including methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana.
The 57-year-old River Valley man faces a total of nine charges related to drug possession and domestic assault.
