It was an early Christmas for the Cache Bay Park Project team.
West Nipissing Mayor Joanne Savage has announced that the project team has been approved for a $125-thousand grant from the Trillium Foundation. The Cache Bay Volunteer Firefighters Association and project team have already raised 200-thousand dollars for the cause.
The money will go towards building a new playground and splash park.
