A development proposed for Pearce Street in North Bay is the first of a multi-phase project off Airport Road.  Rick Miller of Miller-Urso Surveying says the landowner is eventually looking at building 60 homes.  The first phase calls for 15 single detached homes.

Miller says these are intermediate size homes with frontage in the 50 to 55 foot range.  Miller says the city will see more demand for these homes in a few years.  City council has approved a re-zoning for the proposal at the committee level and it now has to pass a full council vote, likely next Monday.
