Police have arrested a 76-year-old North Bay man for sexually assaulting a child.
He allegedly approached a child he doesn’t know at a thrift store on Lakeshore Drive on Saturday. The man sexually assaulted the girl, and then asked her to touch him. A family member overheard the conversation and stepped in to stop any further abuse.
The man faces two charges including sexual interference.
