Algoma Manitoulin MPP Mike Mantha says voters can be sure of one thing and it`s the Wynne Liberals are on track to kill the Ring of Fire. Mantha was reacting to details in the Auditor General`s report which reveals the Liberals haven`t advanced the chromite project at all. That`s despite years of work and more than $13-million spent.
Mantha says in last year`s election, Wynne told northerners in Thunder Bay that she wouldn`t consider her premiership a success unless there was significant progress with the Ring of Fire. Mantha says the one thing the Liberals have succeeded at is creating agencies for the Ring of Fire that pay their well-connected friends.
