A solidarity rally is being held in North Bay this week to try and put an end to some ongoing labour disruptions.
Faculty at Nipissing University are in their third week of strike action, and over 190 employees at Ontario Northland have been locked out of the job. The North Bay and District Labour Council says it’s time for Premier Kathleen Wynne to step up to the plate and intervene.
The rally’s being held at 9:00am on Friday outside MPP Vic Fedeli’s office.
