Full time faculty at Nipissing University says they are ready to return back to the bargaining table.
They have issued an open letter to administration with a formal invitation to reopen negotiations. The university has responded on their website. They say their bargaining team is ready to resume talks when faculty makes a new and meaningful offer in an official communication.
As of November 2nd, full time faculty began walking the picket lines over job security and wages. All classes at the university have been cancelled since.
