Big fall storm on the way

A special weather statement has been issued for North Bay and West Nipissing by Environment Canada.

People can expect lots of rain and strong winds over the next couple of days. The remnants of Hurricane Patricia will be moving through.

Between 20 and 40 millimeters of rain are expected tomorrow. Wind gusts up to 70 kilometers an hour are also in the forecast for Thursday. The rain and wind will come to an end on Friday as the storm moves to northern Quebec.
