Conservative candidate says community safety starts with education

When it comes to safety in Nickel Belt, the Conservative candidate says we need to ensure that children and families are safe.

Aino Laamanen says the earlier we teach safety, the better off society will be. Laamanen says the Conservatives would work with schools to teach students the foundations of safety from an early age. Laamanen also says she would help police departments in any way she can to help make the Nickel Belt riding a safer place.

Laamanen is running against Liberal candidate Marc Serre, NDP candidate Claude Gravelle, Stuart McCall of the Green Party, and Dave Starbuck from the Marxist-Leninist party.
