West Nipissing’s generosity continues to shine at this time of Thanksgiving.
It was a record haul for Franco Cite’s Pre-Thanksgiving Food Drive for the West Nipissing Food Bank. When all was said and done, 20,600 pounds of food was delivered to help re-stock the shelves.
The West Nipissing Child Care Corporation’s “Winter Coat Exchange” has gone so well this week that organizers have extended it an additional two weeks to October 23rd. Those wishing to donate or exchange outgrown Winter clothing can stop into their main site at 131 Michaud Street weekdays between 8:30 and 4:00.
