It was a busy weekend for North Bay Police. They responded to over 250 calls for service and charged 13 people with a range of offences.
One of the incidents involved an 18-year-old man from North Bay. The teen allegedly assaulted another man with a metal tool, in the bathroom of a restaurant on McKeown Avenue. He then demanded that the victim give him his backpack, and took off from the scene.
Police arrested the teen later Saturday morning and found marijuana and cocaine on him. He now faces six charges including robbery, and drug possession.
