A Sturgeon Falls man has been charged for trying to use a fake driver’s license.

The man was pulled over on Main Street in Sturgeon Falls and tried to give the license to the officer yesterday. The cop recognized the driver and arrested him. It was soon discovered that the man had three outstanding arrest warrants out for him.

The 28-year-old has been charged with an additional obstructing a peace officer charge. He was held in custody until bail court this morning.
