There have been numerous complaints about bears in residential areas of North Bay.
The OPP is asking people to be extra cautious if they are outdoors. You can help cut the risk of attracting bears to your neighborhood by storing garbage in waste containers with tight fitting lids, cleaning your outdoor barbecue grill, and putting away your bird feeder.
