The North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce is moving downtown.
At last night’s council meeting, city politicians voted to allow the North Bay to terminate the chamber’s lease on Seymour Street. Their new location is on Main Street not far from city hall, and they plan to relocate by the fall.
The chamber will maintain their current office at the Dionne Quints Museum and Regional Tourist Information Centre until the end of the year. The future of the museum will be discussed in the coming months.
