It is the unofficial kick off to the Civic Long Weekend.
Moonlight Madness goes tonight, and a number of downtown business in North Bay will stay open until 11 PM. There will be specials on at certain locations.
The 3rd Annual Dog Parade also begins at 6:30 PM. People are invited to come down with their furry friends and walk in the parade, which starts at Pawsh Pet Salon. The Worlds Finest Shows Midway is also open, and ride all day tickets can be purchased at the gates for 35-dollars each.
