North Bay council is being asked to extend its noise by-law to an agricultural part of the city. The area in question is Besserer Road. Lynn Price says her neighbours play loud music constantly making it tough for the family to enjoy their home. Price says this has been going on for four years and she’s constantly complained to the police. But without a noise by-law, there’s little that can be done. Mayor Al McDonald says council will have to get back to Price as it looks into the matter.
