The Ministry of Natural Resources has extended a series of flood-related advisories in the district until Tuesday, April 28.
That includes a flood warning for southern areas of the Sturgeon, Upper Ottawa and French watersheds.
Meantime, a flood watch is in effect for the Upper Ottawa River between Lake Timiskaming and the east boundary of Papineau-Cameron, including Mattawa.
Officials also say a flood outlook water conditions statement is in place in northern areas of the Sturgeon and Upper Ottawa-Kipawa watersheds.
Residents in all of those areas are advised to keep a close watch on conditions and exercise caution around lakes, rivers, creeks and streams.
A state of emergency continues in West Nipissing.

On Monday, the municipality said precipitation and warmer weather are contributing to rising water levels.
Residents in flood-prone areas are strongly urged to be prepared for flooding.
Sandbags are available from the Field and Verner Fire stations for households in urgent need of protecting their homes or properties.
Officials also say more sand pile sites have been added, on the south end of Nipissing Street and Argo Road.
They say the Public Works department is actively monitoring at-risk areas and repairing roads when possible.
Road Closures will be updated on the municipal website as conditions change, with curbside garbage collection not taking place on closed roads.
