The Municipality of West Nipissing says a road reconstruction project will see part of John Street in Sturgeon Falls closed starting Monday.
Work is taking place between the intersections of Michaud and Parker streets.
Officials say it’s part of a larger infrastructure replacement project from Clark to Nipissing streets.
It involves road reconstruction along with the installation of sidewalks and various underground water-related infrastructure.
This phase of the project is expected to last until the end of October. Detours and signs will be in place, while local traffic and emergency services will have access.
