A team of breast cancer survivors that has been making waves in dragon boat racing for over two decades is looking for some new members.
The Warriors of Hope are recruiting board members, whether breast cancer survivors or associate members, for a two-year term.
Paddlers interested in joining the team are also welcome.
The Warriors of Hope marked their 20th anniversary in 2019 and received recognition from the North Bay Sports hall of Fame.

In 2022, they won gold at the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival in Vancouver.
The public is invited to the team’s Annual General Meeting on Feb. 21 (6pm) at the 22 Wing Ayr Mess Hall.
