Snowsquall warning for the area, school buses cancelled Jan. 15

A snowsquall warning is in effect for the area with Environment Canada saying lake effect snow is expected to affect portions of the region on Monday.  

The weather agency says 10 to 20 cm of snow is possible in some parts of the area, with more on Tuesday and Wednesday.  

Heavy and blowing snow is expected to reduce visibility.  

Nipissing Parry Sound Student Transportation Services says all buses are cancelled Monday (Jan. 15).  

Schools remain open.
