Franklin Street will be closed today between Ellis and Seymour beginning at 6 AM. City workers and the ONR will be working on the street to replace the tracks and rubber mats at the railroad crossing. People can still access local businesses but will not be able to cross the tracks until the work is finished up. It’s expected to reopen at 6 PM this afternoon.
