The Anishinabek Police have busted a marijuana grow op.
The marijuana plants were found at a Nipissing First Nation home yesterday. Over 20-thousand dollars of drugs and accessories were seized from the home. Police say the plants were still in the “growing stage”. Firearms were also seized from the scene.
One man now faces five charges including: Two counts of possession of a Schedule II substance, one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of producing a schedule II substance, and one count of careless storage of a firearm.
