The West Nipissing Food Bank (Food Bank) will have a bit of an easier time helping their clients this holiday season thanks to Moose FM and the community.
Last Friday, Moose FM held its annual radiothon in support of the organization and raised over 9100 dollars and nearly 2500 dollars worth of food donations.
The day featured 12 hours of holiday music and good times with morning host Stevon Cyrus and included holiday cheer from many community members.
Donations were collected at both the radio station and the food bank, which is located at 109 Third Street.
The food bank is open from 9:00 am to 12 pm(Noon) every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
