Two people found dead after a Nov. 2 fire on Quesnel Road in Sturgeon Falls have been identified.
Ontario Provincial Police say the deceased are 91-year-old Joseph Brunet and 81-year-old Lorraine Brunet, both from Sturgeon Falls.
The Nipissing West OPP says they will not be disclosing the cause of death for either individual at this time.
The police investigation continues with the Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM), and the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service (OCCO-OFPS).
Police say there is believed to be no threat to public safety, but they are reminding the public to be aware of their surroundings and personal safety at all times.
