There’s still time for local businesses, organizations and community groups to enter a float in the Parade of Lights.
The deadline to register is Nov. 30 with the parade lined up for Dec. 2 in Sturgeon Falls.
It’ll start at 6:30 pm that evening and travels from John Street, onto Michaud, then along Ethel Street, onto King Street, and then Queen, wrapping up at the Sturgeon Falls Arena.
The municipality says due to safety reasons, candies and handouts will not be permitted.
